Escal Zinc: results of a successful year 2024 and new horizons

On May 1, 2024, the company opened a hot-dip galvanizing plant in Uzhgorod with a productivity of up to 30,000 tons of metal per year. Thanks to modern German equipment, we fulfilled more than 65 orders and processed 550 tons of metal in just the first month of operation.

Extended range of metalworking services

On the additional area of ​​7,000 m² of the new plant, we introduced the following services:

Shot blast cleaning – for perfect preparation of surfaces;
Plasma and laser cutting – for high-precision cutting of metals;
Bending, welding, rolling – for forming products of any complexity;Milling, boring – to create details with impeccable precision.
This integrated approach allows our customers to significantly save on logistics costs and shorten the time of order fulfillment.

Achievements and plans
During the year, we successfully increased the volume of hot-dip galvanizing and metalworking services for our regular and new partners in the fields of energy, construction and road and urban infrastructure, and many other areas. In 2025, we plan to further expand production capabilities, improve service and open new directions.
