LAUNCH OF POLYURETHANE PRODUCT CASTING LINE

At the end of 2021, “Eskal” launched a new production line for polyurethane products. The new casting equipment allows for the production of high-quality products that are on par with leading counterparts.

The company manufactures both standard polyurethane products and custom items based on the customer’s drawings or sketches.

The new equipment allows for the production of a wide range of products:

Polyurethane scrapers/cleaners (cleaners for conveyors, drums, and other conveyor mechanisms, blades for snowplows and road construction machinery),
Self-flow polyurethane equipment (cones, pipes, sectors) and bucket elevators,
Polyurethane rollers, wheels, bushings, and rods for various needs,
Polyurethane screens,
Regular and reinforced polyurethane sheets.

“We are rapidly scaling up our production volumes by adhering strictly to the agreed timelines for our clients. For many, this is a critically important factor. In the manufacturing of polyurethane products, we use polymer materials from the best global producers to guarantee the quality and high wear resistance of our products,” says Vadim Barash, the company’s manager.
